The Light Mount is one of our most popular products. It features our water diversion system technology. Using a rain gutter and surface tension, water is directed from the top of the accessory, down the sides, and out over the exterior membrane by means of a bottom drip channel. Properly installed, it eliminates or greatly reduces the penetration of water into the cavity between the exterior membrane and the weather barrier of the building. Accommodates cladding thickness depths of 5/8”, 3/4”, 1” & 11⁄4” (1.59-3.18cm). The optional rain screen spacers simplify installation! Taking only minutes to install, this labour and cost-saving spacer works with all Third Wave siding accessories and is suitable for use with 1/2” or 3/4” strapping.
The Light Mount has the base dimensions of 5 1/2” x 6 1/2” and the overall dimensions of 7 1/2” x 8 1/2”. It features a 4” opening for your electric mount and comes with the options of light mount only or complete with rain screen.
